Cameron Miller, Partner
Cameron Miller handles small corporate matters from original business formation to reviewing contracts, to filing suit to enforce and collect on those contracts as needed; construction litigation from home owners against contractors for failing to live up to the contract to representing contracts and/or sub-contractors on multi-million dollars contracts, both residential and commercial; and family law, from trying and taking a case through the Court of Appeals where permanent alimony was awarded, to getting alimony on a six month marriage, to a no alimony award for his client who made $500,000/year on a 33 year marriage. As the prosecuting Attorney for the City of Plymouth, he gets to see all the tricks of the trade other attorneys use to help defend clients who have been charged with criminal matters.
